The Elgin Image Awards were developed to honor persons, projects, and organizations who are making significant contributions to the community through their time, actions, talents, and dedication. The honorees selected should serve as role models for service and strive to make our community a better place.
The Enhancing Elgin Committee of the Elgin Development Group is pleased to celebrate the valuable Elgin Image Awards. Learn more here about these groups.
